EMBRACING our NORTHERN KENTUCKY SENIORS
Fully embracing that our senior citizens have much to contribute, Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission provides significant services for our “greatest generation.” Included in that is the Senior Employment Program where older adults acquire the skills for employment and the operation of three Senior Centers, where older adults can find friends, fellowship, recreation, and education to keep them young at heart.
Individuals age 55 and older who want to find permanent work but are currently unemployed and meet federal low-income guidelines are encouraged to learn about the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP).
For older adults who’d like to remain active and engaged in the community, but aren’t looking for employment, NKCAC’s Senior Centers can be found in Elsmere, Ludlow, and Williamstown.
These locations are open to all seniors aged 60 and over. Click on the links below to learn more about each center’s location, activities, and opportunities for getting involved.
