LIHEAP Vendors Needed - Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission is seeking vendors for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program’s Subsidy and Crisis components, especially wood distributors and landlords who provide heat as an undesignated portion of the rent to low-income tenants.
