Through a collaboration with the St. Vincent de Paul Community Pharmacy, we are able to assist qualified clients who have no prescription drug coverage obtain free medications. Individuals with Medicare Part D plans may also be eligible.

Representatives from St. Vincent de Paul Community Pharmacy come to the neighborhood centers once per month to take applications for assistance. Applicants are screened to determine eligibility with prescription medicine. Applicants must live in Northern Kentucky (have bills with current name and address), cannot have prescription drug coverage, and must supply the following information during the certification interview:

● income verification for all members of the applicant’s household
● verification of the expenses of the applicant’s household
● a printout from the applicant’s current pharmacy
